Being an inflatable bouncy castle hire company we need to process and hold your data to allow us to provide you with this service. This data includes your name, contact details and IP address, without which we could not supply our bouncy castles or equipment to you. We also need to store your data for tax and insurance reasons, and only store or process data which has been directly given to us by you to enable us to run our business.
How long do we keep your data?
We may need to keep your data for up to 7 years after you were a customer of ours, for tax and insurance purposes. After this time your data will be destroyed unless you have opted into our newsletter or any other ongoing communications from us.

Only our data protection officer and other authorised members of staff will ever access your data and we do not ever sell or give your data to third parties.

If you have ever been a customer of ours then you have the right to be forgotten and request that we delete your data and we will comply with this where ever posable, in some cases we may still need to hold on to your information for tax and insurance reasons for a set time, after which we will delete all data we hold on you.
