Cancellation Policy

Crown Castles recognise that plans can change and it may become necessary to have to amend or even cancel your booking. Our cancellation policy shows our key points and circumstances and any cancellation fees that may be due and payable or if any refunds would be due.

This cancellation policy applies to all our bookings and accompanies our Terms of Hire Policy also.

 

Cancellation by Crown Castles.

Cancellation due to reasons beyond our control: You will receive a full refund of any monies or deposit paid, i.e. due to adverse weather conditions such as high winds and/or heavy rain, vehicle breakdown, equipment breakdown, staff shortages or any other reason.

Crown Castles reserve the right to cancel your booking due to health and safety grounds, lack of space or access, wrong surface type or for not producing the required forms of ID or if we suspect fraud.

 

Cancellation by the Customer.

All cancellations must be made over the phone during normal office hours of 8am to 9pm.

All cancellations will be confirmed in writing via email and this must be kept as your proof of cancellation. Deposits or any other payments made can be refundable if cancelled at least 7 full days prior to your date of hire, after this, all deposits will be lost and the customer will be charged the remaining balance.
