Please check your location is big enough for our bouncy castles to fit safely, otherwise, we will be unable to proceed with the hire and you will lose your deposit. You can call us if you are unsure and we can advise you on how to measure.

 

Do I have to Pay a deposit?

Yes, a deposit of £25 is required to secure your inflatable and the balance is due on the day of your hire. If you need to cancel then this must be done at least seven days prior to your day of hire or you will lose your deposit. Full refunds are given for adverse weather conditions or reasons beyond our control - please see our cancellation policy under terms & conditions  

 

How long is the hire for?

The prices shown are for a days hire, deliveries are from 8am - 12pm and collections from 6pm - 9pm, between April and September. Between October and March, hours may vary. If you have a party or event that starts at a specific time then you can mention this to us upon booking.

 

How do I pay?

Payment is to be paid in full on or before the delivery day and before the installation, this can be Paypal, cash or by cheque but must be paid at least 10 days in advance of delivery to allow time for the funds to clear.

 

What is supplied in the cost?

Delivery & collection of the equipment/inflatable, shower cover (if applicable), air blower plus all electrical equipment and safety mats are included in the price, there are no hidden extra charges!

 

Do I need I.D?

Yes, two forms of identification are required, a photo i.d (driving license or passport) and a utility bill with the same address. WITHOUT THIS THE HIRE WILL BE UNABLE TO GO AHEAD.

 

Are the inflatables safe?

We do everything to make sure our bouncy castles are safe for use including only purchasing inflatables that have been manufactured in the UK to the highest standards and to comply with BN EN 14960, they are tested every year and all electricals are PAT Tested. We also check everything on a regular basis and before each setup to ensure they are delivered to you in a safe and clean condition and because we care more about safety than profits there may be times when we need to cancel a booking in the event of adverse weather conditions or if the inflatable cannot be set up in a safe environment.

 

What do I need to do after booking?

All you need to do is ensure that your chosen location is large enough to fit the inflatable, clear the area of any furniture or debris, agree and sign our terms of hire agreement and to make sure you and your guests adhere to the safety rules and look after all of our equipment.

 

Are you insured?

Yes, Crown Castles have public liability insurance up to £5,000,000. This covers you against accidents and injuries caused by our equipment failure and/or improper installation. You, are responsible for the care of the equipment, ensuring proper adult supervision of anyone using our equipment, and their safety. We are not responsible for accidents and injuries other than those caused directly by faults in our equipment, or improper installation.

 

Can I have the inflatable overnight?

No, at present we do not offer overnight bouncy castle hire.
